Discover Scuba Diving
Discover scuba diving with the Discover Scuba Diving program, a beginner-friendly introduction with no prior certification required.
After a briefing with your instructor, enjoy two dives of about 45 minutes to 1 hour to explore the seabed and observe the richness of Costa Rica's marine life: tropical fish, sea turtles, rays, moray eels and, depending on the season, the majestic manta rays. An unforgettable first experience, in complete safety.

No. The Discover Scuba Diving experience requires no prior certification or experience.
It starts with a private briefing with a PADI instructor, followed by two guided dives of roughly 45 minutes to 1 hour each. A pool session is also possible on demand before heading out to the ocean.

No competitive swimming ability is required; being comfortable in the water is enough.
